Job Purpose:

In this role, you will oversee the de-briefing process for day shift drivers, ensuring all paperwork is complete, issued items are returned, and data is accurately entered into relevant spreadsheets. You will also be the primary point of contact for night shift drivers, verifying they have necessary paperwork and items to commence their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with transport operations to ensure seamless de-briefing processes
  • Verify accuracy of paperwork and data entry
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service skills to drivers
  • Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in transport operations and logistics industry
  • Administrative and transport experience preferred
  • TMS system experience a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
