Job Title: Logistics Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Associate to join our team at Spreetail. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of logistics activities, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Coordination: Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues in the supply chain and develop proactive solutions.
  • Contract and SLA Management: Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with clients and logistics providers.
  • Invoice Data Management: Profound understanding of customer rate cards, contracts, charging rules in Platform Services and 3PL Warehousing, Fulfillment Operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or account management, preferably within the 3PL industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships as Customer Servicegained in 3PL/Fulfillment/Transportation Service Providers is an asset.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Skills:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve logistics issues.
  • Organizational: Superior organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and logistics operations concurrently.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and service agreements.
