We are currently seeking a Private PA & House Manager to join one of our high-profile clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the household, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and overseeing maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and gardeners.
  • Manage the household budget and ensure that all expenses are accounted for.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including conducting regular inspections and arranging repairs.
  • Plan and coordinate events and parties at the residence.
  • Liaise with the chef to confirm menus for the principals and ensure that all household staff are aware of arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure that the residence is fully prepared for family arrival, including flowers, food stock, and cleaning/maintenance.
  • Arrange and book global travel for the principal, including itineraries, accommodation, visas, private jets, yachts, and ground transportation.
  • Manage the principal's product cupboard and ensure that all gifts given by the principal are properly tracked and delivered.
  • Responsible for managing the principal's extensive wardrobe and ensure that systems and standards are always met.
  • Work closely with the EA to manage the principal's personal upkeep and wellness schedule, including regular facials, massages, treatments, hair, nails, and other activities.
  • Manage the principal's daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly calendar, as well as assisting with timekeeping and other tasks as required.
  • Update and manage the invitation list and RSVPs accordingly.
  • Project manage the house and the principal's personal life.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
