Job Opportunity for Workday HCM Consultant

Focus On WD is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join their team in a post-go-live environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, with touch points into other modules such as Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence, and Data plus reporting.
  • Provide maintenance, support, and continuous improvement for Core HCM, acting as the Go-To SME within the EMEA team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive value from the Workday system.
  • Work as part of a talented HRIS Team made up of Modular Specialists.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience configuring Workday Core HCM, with a strong understanding of security and experience across Time, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to adapt to challenging stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve maximum gain from the system.
  • BAU/post-go-live support, optimization, new features, resolution, identifying areas of improvement, and releases.
