Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software License Compliance Specialist to join our team at Manning Global AG in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our software asset management team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing software assets using the ServiceNow SAM Pro module.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring software licenses are tracked accurately, costs are controlled, and compliance across the unit is maintained. You will work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing software assets, software license compliance, and cost optimization within an enterprise environment.
* Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management) and working knowledge of ITIL processes.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro configuration, administration, and best practices.
* Proficiency in creating and customizing ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and workflows related to software asset management.
* In-depth understanding of software licensing models, vendor agreements, and compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with software license audit processes and managing software entitlements and contracts.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience using ServiceNow SAM Pro.
* ServiceNow Certified SAM Pro or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
* ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
