Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's established Service Centre in Canterbury. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the service desk, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the team to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the service desk, ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive industry principles and practices.
