Responsibilities:
* Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and lubrication.
* Document service activities and communicate with customers.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Training and Development Opportunities:
* Participate in 'off-the-job' training, which includes online classrooms, face-to-face learning, and coaching visits.
* Receive regular feedback and guidance from experienced technicians.

Requirements:
* Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent.

* Service Technician Level 3 progression - 13 months + 12 weeks for End Point Assessment.

Work Environment:
* 40 hour standard workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
