Job Description:
As an Apprentice Service Technician at Calex Automotive Recruitment – Canterbury, you will play a crucial role in the success of our dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. You will also participate in 'off-the-job' training, which includes online classrooms, face-to-face learning, and coaching visits.

About the Role:
This apprenticeship program provides an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and knowledge while working alongside experienced technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior technicians in various tasks, including routine maintenance and diagnostic work.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Assist senior technicians in completing service tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Meet productivity and quality standards.

Training and Development:
* Participate in 'off-the-job' training, which includes online classrooms, face-to-face learning, and coaching visits.
* Receive regular feedback and guidance from experienced technicians.

Requirements:
* Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Duration:
* Level 2 - 21 months + 12 weeks for End Point Assessment.
* Service Technician Level 3 progression - 13 months + 12 weeks for End Point Assessment.

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary - £40 per hour.
