Job Description

This Service Advisor role is based in our client's established Service Centre in Canterbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the service desk and ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is around £28,000 basic, with the opportunity to earn bonus through ongoing training and development. You will also enjoy:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry principles and practices.
