About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Deputy Shop Manager at our Dronfield charity shop in Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Shop Manager to drive sales and profit through effective store management and leadership.
  • Assist in the recruitment, management, and motivation of a team of dedicated volunteers.
  • Sort and process stock, deal with customers, maintain high visual standards, and run the shop in the manager's absence.
Requirements
  • A manager or supervisor with previous retail experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
