About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional to take on a key leadership position and contribute to the success of our charity shop.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Shop Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient management of sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support the team in delivering outstanding shopping experiences.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in retail management or a related field.
