Job Description:
As a Caretaker and Maintenance Professional with Build Recruitment, you will play a vital role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our client's site in Sheffield. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine maintenance tasks, managing contractors, and ensuring the site remains secure and accessible at all times.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong organisational skills, be able to work independently, and have previous experience in facility management or caretaking. Additionally, you should be comfortable working at heights, lifting heavy objects, and being on your feet for extended periods.

We are offering a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in facilities management.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in facility management and/or caretaking roles
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Able to attend regular appraisals and agree personal development programmes
  • Able to plan and prioritise workloads to achieve objectives
  • Flexibility to assess and tackle a wide range of disciplines within skill sets
