Job Title: Automotive Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Manager to lead our Chesterfield branch in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle adaptations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and dedicated individual to drive business success while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective scheduling, a passion for delivering great customer service, and high levels of literacy and numeracy. They will also possess good organisational and IT skills, as well as the ability to maintain calm under pressure. A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage the diaries of technicians, support staff, and sales teams to ensure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
    • Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards and on time, with attention to detail and quality control.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
    • Develop and mentor staff, building a strong team ethos and employee engagement.

Requirements:
  • • Proven experience in automotive operations or management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
