Job Description: As a Mobility Solutions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Chesterfield branch. You will be responsible for managing the diaries of technicians, support staff, and sales teams, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are achieved. You will also develop and mentor staff, building a strong team ethos and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring maximum output and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue.
    • Build strong relationships with local car dealerships and suppliers.

Requirements:
  • • Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
