About the Role

The Shift Engineering Manager will be accountable for taking a proactive approach in providing engineering leadership across the site and driving continuous improvement. This will involve leading a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality engineering support and overseeing engineering projects from inception to completion.

As a Shift Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Engineer and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment. You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
