Field Care Supervisor

At Caremark Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential clients.
- Carry out risk assessments as part of the Individual Needs Assessment and update these as required.
- Ensure all client visits are always covered.
- On-Call duty.
- Maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator.
- Identify suitable Care & Support Workers to cover for any absences.
- Facilitate the practical induction of all new Care & Support Workers.
- Provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate.
- Monitor, supervise, and mentor all Care & Support Workers in the field.
- Provide support to all Care & Support Workers in the field.
- Monitor all clients for service and Care & Support Worker satisfaction.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in clients' homes.
- U.K. driver's license and vehicle.
- Right to work in the U.K.
- Experience of domiciliary Care, and a working knowledge of the care industry.
- NVQ 2 or higher in Health & Social Care.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a supportive team.
- Problem-solving ability and a drive to succeed.
