We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Horley, Surrey. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centered support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and challenging behaviors.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for supporting our service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Assist with social activities, help service users connect with family and friends, and encourage them to participate in community activities.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has experience in social care or a related field, although this is not essential. You will need to have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle for business use.

A competitive salary of £23,264 per annum (pro rata), plus a range of benefits including early pay, paid enhanced DBS, flexible working, up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata), and access to high-quality training and development opportunities.
