Female Community Support Assistant

The Avenues Group is seeking a dedicated and caring Female Support Worker to join our team in Horley, Surrey. As a Female Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and challenging behaviors.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for providing support to our service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Help service users engage in social activities, connect with family and friends, and participate in community activities.
Salary and Benefits:
£23,264 per annum (pro rata), plus a range of benefits including early pay, paid enhanced DBS, flexible working, up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata), and access to high-quality training and development opportunities.
