Are you passionate about empowering people to lead independent lives? Do you have a kind heart and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team as an Empowerment Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide consistent support to a 28-year-old man who has autism, epilepsy, and a severe learning disability. They will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature, and able to encourage him to achieve his full potential. The role can be challenging at times, but the rewards outweigh the difficulties.


In return for your dedicated service, you can expect a competitive rate of pay of £12.50 per hour, with additional pay on some bank holidays. You will also receive enhanced pay when you leave to have a baby, as well as access to an Employee Assistance programme with various aspects of free legal support and counselling.
