Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • IT experience with hands-on experience in Salesforce program management, including sound knowledge of different Salesforce products and customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage solutions, decision-making, deliverables, stage gates, schedules, resources, and costs.
  • Strong program strategy and alignment of outcomes and KPIs to measure engagement success at the executive level.
  • Ability to deliver programs as agreed and manage senior stakeholders to achieve aligned outcomes and contractual deliverables.
  • Experience in managing and aligning different work streams within a program to achieve holistic business outcomes for customers.
  • Strong partnership skills with executive decision-makers and functional consultants to deliver customer success and help customers achieve business value.
  • Ability to partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and leverage necessary parties to ensure customer success.
  • Proactive business relationship building to support, develop, and win business that delivers mutual value.
  • Ability to initiate challenging conversations and work on plans to improve outcomes.
  • Experience in planning and managing program staffing and financials.
  • Strong Salesforce product, business process, methodology, and ecosystem knowledge to drive success.
