Care Home Kitchen Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Kitchen Manager to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take charge of our kitchen operations and lead a small team of kitchen staff.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the kitchen budget and inventory
- Planning and preparing menus for 30+ people in one sitting
- Catering for special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and diabetic diets
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- 12+ months experience as head chef in a care home or similar setting
- Relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds or NVQs in catering and hospitality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced DBS check (one can be applied for)
