Care Home Chef Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced head chef to join our care home team in Newbury. As a senior kitchen manager, you'll oversee meal preparation and service, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition and catering for our residents' special dietary needs.

You'll lead a small team, developing their skills and knowledge while maintaining efficient kitchen operations and high food quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team in meal preparation and service
  • Maintain high food standards and efficient kitchen operations
  • Develop leadership skills and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Ensure good nutrition and catering for special diets

Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience as a head chef
  • Relevant certifications or extensive experience cooking English-based cuisine
  • Ability to cook for large groups and adapt to patient preferences

Salary and Benefits:

£14.50-£18.00 per hour
