The Retreat Elcot Park is looking for a talented Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team in West Berkshire. As a leading hotel, we offer an attractive starting salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen management, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
About the Role:
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations, high-quality dishes, and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve kitchen performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
