About the Role

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Trading Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Trading team, you will play a critical role in supporting our global e-commerce operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global E-commerce Operations
    • Oversee the global trading operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely order fulfillment.
    • Monitor and report on key operational trade metrics, analyzing performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration
    • Work closely with Supply Chain & Customer Service teams to understand e-commerce customers' KPIs, including NPS and on-time delivery.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain & Regional teams to manage product deliveries and drive omnichannel sales.
  • Process Improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance e-commerce operations, reducing returns and optimizing inventory management.
    • Work with Payments & Fraud team to develop strategies for regional online payment types and declined orders.
  • Business Analysis
    • Support Buying & Merchandising teams in assessing in-season product performance by region/hub, including stock covers and sales trends.
    • Collaborate with Digital Product team to enhance e-commerce omnichannel & operational capabilities and overall customer experience.
  • Industry Trends
    • Monitor industry and competitor trends in e-commerce, omnichannel, digital capabilities, and retail operations best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to implement best practices and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital trading, with a focus on e-commerce operations.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting, with experience in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or supply chain management.
