Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Director to lead our global trading operations. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth trading processes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global e-commerce operations, including stock management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
  • Monitor and report on key operational trade metrics, analyzing performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising, and Marketing teams to drive omnichannel sales and improve services.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operating processes, product availability, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor industry and competitor trends, identifying opportunities to implement best practices and drive business growth.
  • Work with Data and Analytics team to better understand customer behavior, operational metrics, and hypothesis testing.
Requirements
  • Experience in digital trading, e-commerce operations, and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
