Digital Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Director to lead our global trading operations. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth trading processes, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global e-commerce operations, including stock management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
- Monitor and report on key operational trade metrics, analyzing performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising, and Marketing teams to drive omnichannel sales and improve services.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operating processes, product availability, and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends, identifying opportunities to implement best practices and drive business growth.
- Work with Data and Analytics team to better understand customer behavior, operational metrics, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience in digital trading, e-commerce operations, and supply chain management.
- Proficient in data analysis and forecasting, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
