**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Digital People London. As a key member of our Media Services department, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in developing complex and targeted ad buys using first-party data.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain private marketplace agreements with key clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize the Supplier Side Platform to maximize revenue opportunities for our publisher.
  • Execute effective media buys for clients using first-party data, display, mobile, and video advertising.
  • Liaise with internal management to stay up-to-date on new developments across the channel.
  • Work with third-party providers to optimize ad placements, including data providers, contextual providers, and brand-safe partners.

**About the Role**

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the digital media or advertising technology industry.
