Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute a Digital Trade Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive digital trade plan that takes into account our business objectives and ecommerce strategies.
- Monitor and Analyze Key Metrics: Track and analyze key ecommerce metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and average order value to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Data Analytics Tools: Leverage data analytics tools and platforms to gain insights into customer behavior and optimize our trading strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, merchandising, and operations teams to identify key trading opportunities and deliver sales.
- Oversee Online Visual Merchandising: Manage the online visual merchandising strategy and work with our online trade assistant to optimize the visibility of key products.
- Manage Brand Content: Collaborate with our Brand Marketing & Creative teams to ensure the right balance of commercial and brand content is being communicated across our CRM and website channels to drive growth.
- Review Sales Forecasts: Analyze sales forecasts and make recommendations to maximize sales.
- Line Management and Coaching: Provide line management and coaching to our Online Trade Assistant.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor activity and ecommerce best practices.
- Experience: Ideally 3-4 years' experience in a trading or ecommerce role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel and able to extract and present data with clear actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to give clarity on performance indicators and set direction for strategy.
