Job Opportunity

Rise Resourcing is seeking a skilled Digital Trading Manager to lead the Food category team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital strategy for the Food category, driving improvements in KPIs and commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with Trading Managers to enhance the overall offering and drive digital team success.
  • Lead a team of Digital Trading Executives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure individual potential is achieved.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, engaging directly with digital teams to deliver win-win scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Digital Trading within Retail/FMCG.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident decision-making.
  • Strong team management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and mentor a successful team.
  • Proficient in using data analysis and digital tools to make sound commercial decisions.
