About the Role:

As a Receptionist at our client's aesthetics and laser clinic, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional patient experiences. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, with a focus on providing top-notch administrative support to a highly trained medical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk reception duties, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Process patient registrations, appointments, and billing
  • Prepare patient files and coordinate procedures with medical teams

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare administration role or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Possession of relevant software applications and technical skills, including MS Office and electronic health records systems

Top Recruit is proud to offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
