Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Brook Street team as a Customer Service Assistant for an initial fixed-term position of three months.

This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing customer orders, and supporting other departments.

Main Tasks:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Support other departments by acting as a runner and keeping files and dates updated.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum (pro-rata), reflecting the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
