Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Assess residents' needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the highest possible standards of care are met.
  • Medicine Management: Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medications are received, stored, and administered according to company policies and current legislation.
  • Resident Experience: Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge, and promote a welcoming atmosphere that fosters a sense of community.
  • Monitoring and Recording: Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident and employee matters, and promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a cohesive team approach, promoting open communication, and ensuring staff members feel supported and valued in their roles.
  • Performance Targets: Understand key performance targets and support the Home Manager in achieving them by promoting high standards of nursing care and ensuring smooth shift supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 6-12 Months Nursing Experience: A strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Person-Centered Care: A passion for delivering person-centered care, with a focus on meeting the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Up-to-Date Clinical Practices: A commitment to staying current with the latest clinical practices, research, and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Continual Professional Development: A history of ongoing professional development, with a focus on enhancing skills, knowledge, and expertise.
