Wellbeing and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Wellbeing and Support Specialist to join our team at Family Action. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support in foodbanks and Primary Care settings, promoting co-production with guests and service users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult mental health services, with experience of supporting adults with physical and mental health issues. They will be an effective communicator who excels at building trusting and empowering relationships with individuals, and will bring knowledge and experience of developing and maintaining compliance with organisational safeguarding standards.
This is a part-time position, requiring 15 hours per week, preferably on Tuesdays and Fridays. The salary range for this role is £36,138 - £39,627 FTE per annum, inclusive of inner London weighting (pro-rata for part-time). As a Wellbeing and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of overall governance, including report writing, case management records, and developing and maintaining compliance with the organisation's safeguarding standards.
