About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Development Administrator to join our team at FJWilson Talent Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and strengthening relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Oversee invoicing and financial management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate client affiliates, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Provide administrative support to the membership and business development teams, handling tasks such as event planning and project coordination.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a sales or commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create complex reports and presentations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.
