\About the Role:
\We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Consultant (Lead Generation) to join our dynamic team.
\In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers.
\- Contact potential customers by phone to qualify their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bionic Services' products and services
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Work collaboratively with other members of the telesales team to achieve team targets
- Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up promptly and effectively
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
\- Proven experience as a sales representative or other customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset and desire to provide excellent service
