About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Third-Party Relationship Specialist to join our rapidly evolving Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team within the Central Procurement function.

Job Description:

The purpose of this newly created role is to assist in third-party identification, risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships in line with regulatory, Group, and business requirements.

The role holder will work closely within the SRM team, Procurement Enablement and Sourcing teams, as well as colleagues across key safeguarding functions and business units to ensure that this vital part of the Procurement risk activity is conducted smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the onboarding process for new third parties, ensuring all necessary risk assessments and due diligence processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Support the execution of an exit plan and involve relevant functions in case of contract termination.
  3. Ensure that all third-party risk management activities comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
  4. Ensure the information related to third-party agreements is in the required tools and inventories and is complete and accurately maintained.
  5. Assist the Strategy & Enablement team in preparing and responding to audits and inquiries related to third-party risk management.
  6. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving TPRM policies and procedures based on practical insights and risk assessment findings.
