Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Risk Management Expert to join our team at Allianz Popular SL.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in third-party identification, risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships. The role requires close collaboration with the SRM team, Procurement Enablement and Sourcing teams, as well as colleagues across key safeguarding functions and business units.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a hybrid basis from either Bournemouth, Bristol, or Guildford and contribute to ensuring compliance with regulatory, Group, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new third parties, ensuring all necessary risk assessments and due diligence processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the execution of an exit plan and involve relevant functions in case of contract termination.
  • Ensure that all third-party risk management activities comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the information related to third-party agreements is in the required tools and inventories and is complete and accurately maintained.
  • Assist the Strategy & Enablement team in preparing and responding to audits and inquiries related to third-party risk management.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving TPRM policies and procedures based on practical insights and risk assessment findings.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a discount of up to 50% on insurance products, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
