Head of Commercial at Rubicon People Partnership

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Head to join our team in Christchurch, UK.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director and contribute to the success of our engineering client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth targets.
  2. Pricing Strategies: Implement pricing strategies that maximize profit while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical, production, and senior leadership teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  5. Financial Management: Budget, forecast, and report on commercial performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a senior commercial role within an engineering or manufacturing business.
  2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  3. Financial and analytical acumen, with experience in forecasting and performance analysis.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to quality and service excellence.

Salary:

£65,000 per annum.
