**Job Summary**

Virtual Echo Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Administrator to join our team. As a Tax Administrator, you will be responsible for managing property tax invoices, processing incoming tax correspondence, and providing administrative support to the tax team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Receive, identify, and sort all incoming tax mail on a daily basis
* Monitor, track, and prepare payment for notices and property tax bills
* Maintain electronic filing systems in accordance with company policies and procedures
* E-file sales and use returns, ensuring timely completion
* Generate tax-related forms, such as W-9 and exemption certificate requests
* Maintain customer tax exemption records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Provide administrative support to tax team members as needed

**Requirements**

* Degree or certificate in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
* 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Full-time onsite presence in Rochester, NY
