Personal Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at Ardenlea Court Care Home in Solihull. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating personal care duties, supporting with clinical tasks, and managing a team of Care Assistants. You will work closely with the Nurse to ensure the smooth operation of our care home and provide training and supervision to new staff members.
As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams. You will assist residents with personal care duties and help them maintain their independence.
A salary of £11.21 per hour is offered for this position, which includes benefits such as annual allowance, free meal on every shift, 28 days' holiday, and access to our wellbeing programme.
