Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and caring Care Assistant Coordinator to join our award-winning team at Avery Healthcare. In this role, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a range of activities that promote the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of our residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people. You will work closely with our team to establish links with local communities and provide access to stimulating activities and events.

  • Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in planning and implementing activities that meet the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, schools, and other organizations to enrich our residents' lives.
  • Report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the relevant staff members.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
