Care and Wellbeing Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at the Confederation of Service Charities. This role will provide essential administrative support to our nursing and dementia care teams, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and maintaining excellent service for current residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless administrative service while upholding a compassionate, respectful, and dignified environment for all residents and visitors. You’ll be providing a professional, welcoming, customer-focused service to all residents, visitors, and staff, following relevant policies and procedures to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
