Development Manager Position

We are seeking an exceptional Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retirement development.
Key Responsibilities- The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies for our retirement development.
- You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the development, including administration, customer service, and community engagement.
- Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in this role.
- A background in administration or a related field is highly desirable.
- You should have experience working with people and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
We offer a competitive salary of £9,643 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 12:00 pm, with 15 hours worked per week.
