Hotel Front Desk Manager

The Role:
You will work closely with a team of Receptionists, focusing on delivering a warm and personalized welcome to our guests from arrival to departure. Previous experience with Opera is an advantage, as you will assist with Check-in and Check-Out, and have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our guests' needs to provide tailored experiences. You will need to be proactive in resolving guest queries and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods. Sharing knowledge and expertise will be essential, as you will enjoy coaching your team members and contributing to a collaborative environment that values excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests at all times
- Assist with Check-in and Check-Out processes
- Develop relationships with guests to anticipate their needs
- Resolve guest queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional service standards
