Design Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our in-house design team at Willmott Dixon on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering detailed design standard details and working drawing packages. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure all outputs comply with UK Building Regulations, associated standards, and WD policy and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and Warranty Guidance. You will also have experience with Revit and be able to develop and produce details to stage 4/5 level of detail across a wide range of building typologies and superstructure types.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce detailed design standard details and working drawing packages
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and associated standards
