Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to Consultants, including coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between patients, relatives, GPs, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Support the organization of Consultant workloads, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in a private practice setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic secretarial and PA skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and healthcare professionals.
