Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a multi-channel learning strategy that leverages live and asynchronous training, peer-led learning, and micro-learnings to supercharge individual development and collective success.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align training schedules and communications, ensuring that learning and development expectations are manageable, understandable, and easy to navigate for employees and managers.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and values are upheld, including diversity in actors portrayed in async trainings, closed captioning for neurodivergent employees, and multimodal learning.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Management to deliver an integrated talent management strategy that accelerates development by connecting competency building throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Create an instructional design template and socialize with key management teams to establish a standard for training quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating and implementing comprehensive learning and development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based learning and development solutions, including Google's Project Oxygen.
