Job Title: Head of Learning and Development

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to lead our team in creating a culture of continuous learning and growth. As Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a learning strategy that supports business growth and employee development.
  • Lead a team of learning professionals in creating and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its effective use across the organization.
  • Track and measure the impact of learning initiatives on business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience in selecting and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
