Head of Learning & Development

Catalyst Partners is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our learning and development initiatives. As the Head of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive ecosystem of learning that fosters growth, innovation, and excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a multi-channel learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Develop and manage peer-led manager cohorts to promote peer-to-peer learning and adoption of core management behaviors
  • Create and facilitate learning cohorts for future managers and early career professionals to improve skills such as Excel, time management, and communications
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align training schedules and communications, ensuring that learning and development expectations are manageable, understandable, and easy to navigate for employees and managers
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Management to deliver on our vision for an integrated talent management strategy that accelerates development by connecting competency building throughout the employee lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on organizational learning and development
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to design and implement effective learning strategies that drive business results
