Empowering Learning: A Dynamic Role for a Dedicated Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as Head of Learning Support. This is a part-time role (0.7) covering maternity leave for a year.

About the Role: As Head of Learning Support, you will be responsible for developing effective strategies to enable SEN pupils to achieve their full potential. You will have the ability to motivate your team and pupils, and ideally hold QTS and OCR Level 7 or the NASENCO or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support SEN pupils
  • Motivate and lead the Learning Support team
  • Liaise with external professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Implement a range of strategies to help pupils with learning difficulties
