About the Role
The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Legal Personal Assistant to join our Corporate team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to partners and fee earners, driving client billing, reporting, and matter management processes.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Collaborate with finance teams to enhance fee earners' financial performance, focusing on timely bill payments, working capital management, and client billing.
  2. Work closely with the Business Development team to coordinate events, manage CRM administration, and create compelling CVs for fee earners.
  3. Plan and execute meetings, organize impactful events, and compile insightful client reports to drive business growth.
  4. Manage matter management processes, ensuring accurate application of rates, timely preparation of engagement letters, and seamless liaison with the Business Acceptance Unit.
  5. Ensure thorough conflict checks and Client Due Diligence processes are conducted, adhering to best practice protocols.
  6. Oversee comprehensive file management, including identifying matters for closure, ensuring timely bill payments, and archiving completed files efficiently.
  7. Provide diary management, planning travel arrangements, and resolving meeting conflicts independently to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a comparable environment at an appropriate level.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar and punctuation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A track record of delivering outstanding client service.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate as part of a team while also thriving independently.
  • A commitment to exceeding expectations and achieving goals.

Compensation Package
  • An estimated salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience.
